Terms and Conditions

Things are pretty lax here. If there are any issues with shipments we will always do our best too help you have a positive experience. Our only major policy is LAG/ DOA Policy. Animals will not be shipped out under 50 degrees, nor above 80. Animals will be shipped through Reptiles to you for geckos, and Priotity Mail for isopods and other micro fauna. Packages must be received within 3 hours, otherwise the LAG (Live arrival Guarantee) is void.  DOA animal claims must be made within 2 hours with picture evidence. We prefer to ship geckos to FedEx hubs, as they provide a temperature controlled area to keep them safe. Isopods can be shipped to personal addresses. 

We will provide as much information as possible for any animals you may buy to help avoid any possible confusion. Young crested geckos will not be shipped out unless they are over 4 grams in weight. Chameleon geckos won’t be listed until they are not considered “hatchlings” (1-5 months).
